Dr. Furness is the founding director of the Human Interface Technology (HIT) Laboratory at the Washington Technology Center, and the International HIT Lab at the University of Canterbury New Zealand. He also is a professor of Industrial Engineering at the University of Washington, as well as adjunct professor there in other technological and engineering disciplines. Dr. Furness has served on the advisory board of several high-tech companies in addition to ChangeTools, many of which were the direct result of work conducted at the HIT Lab. Dr. Furness lectures widely on user interface design, is a senior editor of the MIT Press Journal Presence, and co-editor with Professor Woodrow Barfield of Virtual Environments and Advanced Interface Design, published by Oxford University Press.
Robert & Jane Cizik Professor of Business Administration
Harvard Business School
Clayton M. Christensen is the Robert and Jane Cizik Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School with a joint appointment in the Technology & Operations Management and General Management faculty groups. Professor Christensen holds a B.A. from Brigham Young University and an M.Phil in applied econometrics and the economics of less-developed countries from Oxford University. In addition, he received an MBA with High Distinction from the Harvard Business School in 1979, graduating as a George F. Baker Scholar, and was awarded his DBA from the Harvard Business School in 1992. His research and teaching interests center on the management issues related to the development and commercialization of technological and business model innovation. Specific areas of focus include developing organizational capabilities and finding new markets for new technologies.

Mark Johnson is president and co-founder of Innosight. He has led consulting engagements within numerous Fortune 500 companies in a broad range of industries, including U.S. defense contractors, commercial enterprise IT, and major medical device manufacturers. As president of Innosight, Mr. Johnson has been a featured speaker on disruptive innovation at several conferences in the automotive, healthcare, financial services, and venture capital industries, and has presented to various other constituencies, including the Department of Defense. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Johnson was Vice President at the GilderGroup, a high-technology consulting and publishing firm, and a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton of New York. Additionally, Mr. Johnson worked with Harvard Business School professor David Garvin developing a set of methodologies for Booz Allen clients aimed at improving their organizational learning capabilities. Prior to joining Booz Allen & Hamilton, Mark was a nuclear-trained surface warfare officer in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Johnson received his MBA with second year honors from the Harvard Business School, a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics from Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.

Mr. Miller is Chairman and Founder of Core Strategy Group, and brings an extensive background to the ChangeTools Advisory board in corporate, brand, and political strategies. With a degree from Washington & Lee University, Mr. Miller was president and founder of Sawyer/Miller Group in New York and Washington DC. Prior to Sawyer/Miller, he served as an award winning Creative Director for McCann-Erickson USA, where he also became Executive Vice President and board member during his tenure with the company. Mr. Miller's current clients with Core Strategy Group include MCI, Microsoft, The Walt Disney Corporation, Dell Computers, Symantec, Coca-Cola, Visa, Hewlett-Packard, Exxon, and other domestic and international companies.
