Frederick I. Ordway
CEO & Co-Founder
Mr. Ordway is responsible for business development and overall direction of ChangeTools, Inc. Mr. Ordway attended Victoria University Law School in Wellington, New Zealand, and brings over 25 years of business experience to ChangeTools with an extensive background in International Trade and Marketing. Prior to founding ChangeTools, Mr. Ordway formed Uniqco Inc., a product importing and distribution company based in New Zealand. He sold his company in 1996 and moved to the U.S. where he teamed with co-founder Joseph Leavitt to launch ChangeTools.

Joseph Leavitt
Chairman & Co-Founder
Mr. Leavitt is responsible for project and product development and direction for ChangeTools. He received a degree in Architecture from Auburn University in 1983, and has worked with such firms as Takagawa and Associates in Monterey California, serving as Project Architect and lead designer on a variety of building projects on the California coast. He brings over 20 years of business experience to ChangeTools, including the successful development of another design company, Leavitt Design in Huntsville AL. Mr. Leavitt is the primary originator for the Zenu concept and design.

Robert Glasier
Vice President
Prior to Change Tools, Mr. Glasier served on the Board of Directors and was the Vice President of Business Development for AC Incorporated, located in Huntsville, Alabama. He has worked extensively with the Army, Navy, and Air Force, particularly in Missiles and Missile Defense, Aviation, Tank, Automotive and Shipbuilding applications. He is currently a member of the Space and Missile Defense Working Group, and the Aviation Corridor of Excellence Working Group. Mr. Glasier has also served as Vice President of Business Development at Rolta International, held several senior executive management, technical, marketing and sales management positions at Intergraph Corporation. Mr. Glasier holds a summa cum laude degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is past Chairman of the National Computer Graphics Association.
